Last fall, Microsoft ran a closed beta for the New Xbox Experience, the system dashboard overhaul that brought in avatars, Internet-connected menus, and greater system-wide functionality for features like music and system options. This year’s major update will get a similar experience, according to Microsoft’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb.
