Report: Xbox 360 BBC Player Delayed Due To Microsoft Fee Requirements (Gamasutra)

Plans for the Xbox 360 version of the BBC’s iPlayer software have been delayed due to a conflict between the BBC’s mandate to provide content freely to UK residents and Microsoft’s demand that the service only be available to paying Xbox Live Gold customers, according to a Telegraph report.

New Xbox Live iPhone App Now Available (1up.com)

A new Xbox Live iPhone app is now available on the Apple Store that allows you to manage your Live account in just about every way you would possibly want to on the go — from accepting friend requests to seeing which friends are online and sending them messages. Called 360 Live , the app currently costs $1.99, but as Joystiq noted , that price may soon be reduced to free. Microsoft decreed back
